About me
Learn more about my background, knowledge and experience in coaching, counseling and therapy.
My background
More than 20 years ago, I also started working as a coach, initially for various departments of Philips, later also for ICT embedded, Topic and ASML.
Within coaching, I have gained a lot of experience working with technically specialized people and the kind of challenges they encounter in their (work) environment.
My knowledge and experience
Since 2003, I have been working as a freelancer within my own practice. In this, I focus on providing coaching and providing assistance and therapy.
After my social work training, I completed the VO Organization, Policy and Management and Women's Assistance and a study in Orthopedagogy focusing on diagnostics and assistance.
In addition, I have followed many different Post HBO courses and courses. In the therapeutic field, I have taken courses on: processing Sexual violence, Trauma processing, Grief processing, Relationship therapy, Systemic work, handling sexual problems, NEI (Neuro Emotional integration) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy).
In the coaching field, I have taken courses around: task-oriented assistance, communication, leadership, Mindfulness and ACT (Acceptance And Commitment Therapy).
